I'm happy to be able to give away three fall make-up sets, courtesy of Covergirl Switzerland. The set consists of the new truBlend bronzer and truBlend blush as well as one of the Eye Enhancer 4-kit Shadows and the Outlast All-Day Primer.
I've tested the products over the last week and I'd like to share a quick first impression on them with you.
I've got the Eye Enhancer 4-Kit Shadows named goldmine which contains a light green, a neutral beige, a chocolaty brown and a warm light pink shade. The green and pink shade are less pigmented than the other two but especially the pink shade makes a lovely everyday colour. Green just doesn't look very good on me...
The truBlend Blush in medium rose is surprisingly pigmented. A small amount is enough to make your cheeks look healthily flushed. The shade goes nicely with my pale skin tone, I'd say it's a very universal colour. The truBlend Bronzer is slightly too dark for my skin, I have to be very careful when I apply it but it blends easily so I can still make my complexion look nicely tanned. Again, the pigmentation is high and I'm quite impressed with the quality of these two products. Good pigmentation, easy to use and a nice design are enough to make me a happy girl.
Because my skin currently isn't at its best, I only tried the Outlast All-Day Primer on the back of my hand. It contains silicones and my skin usually isn't a big fan of them. The on-my-hand test shows that the product has a creamy texture and sinks into the skin quickly. It leaves the surface smoothed and more even and gives the skin a powdery feeling. Nice!
I enjoy using the products and I can recommend them for everyday use so don't miss your chance to win one of the sets.
